  • 1. How do I register with the Online Shop?

    We are pleased that you wish to register with our Online Shop. You can set up your own customer account during the order process.

    If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link: Forgot Password. You will then receive an email containing a new password. You will have the option of changing and personalizing this afterwards in your customer account.

  • 4. What are the system requirements to be able to see the Online Shop properly?

    Web browsers
    The Online Shop is programmed according to W3C web standards and is therefore designed for all current and future browsers and platforms. For your own security (for example, for online payments with credit cards) and for maximum user-friendliness, we recommend using the latest version of your browser - Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3 or Safari (5) are all suitable.

  • Flash Versions
    You will therefore need Version 9 or higher to be able to view the content properly. The Shop does also work without Flash, but you will not be able to view images with the zoom function fully. (Download from Adobe http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)

  • JavaScript
    To use all functions on the website, you will require an activated JavaScript.

  • 1. Delivery

    We currently deliver worldwide.

  • 2. What are the shipping costs?

    All orders from the Online Shop are subject to a fixed shipping fee within Germany of € 5.90. This also applies to any return shipping (However: Outside of Germany, this is at the customer's expense!). The order value does not matter here. If you would prefer an Express Delivery, there is an extra cost of € 20.00.

    Overview of costs:
    UPS Standard Delivery in Germany: Delivery after 1 (metropolitan areas) to 2 working days, not including Saturdays – 5.90 EUR.

    DHL Standard Delivery in Germany: Delivery after 1 to 3 working days – 5.90 EUR.

    UPS Express Saver in Germany: Delivery next working day by 12:00 pm, except for Saturdays – 20.00 EUR (For mainland Germany, except for Zugspitze).

    DHL Express Delivery in Germany: Delivery after 1 to 3 working days – 20.00 EUR.

    DHL Express Delivery on Saturdays in Germany: Delivery next working day by 12:00 pm, (for orders between Thursday 14:00 pm to Friday 14:00 pm) – 25.00 EUR (for mainland Germany, except for Zugspitze).

    Standard Europe-wide Delivery with UPS: Next-working day delivery to almost all economic centres in Europe, excluding Saturdays – 5.90 EUR.

    Express Europe-wide Delivery with UPS: Next working day delivery to almost all economic centres in Europe - 37,00 EUR.

    Standard Global Delivery with DHL: For worldwide delivery, there is a fee of 25 EUR. If delivery according to the required conditions is not possible, we will inform you immediately. Express shipping for global delivery can be arranged on request.

    Global Delivery with UPS: For worldwide delivery, there is a fee of 37,00 EUR. Delivery during the day between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday in 3-5 working days after your order has been placed. Track and Trace your purchases with UPS Signature Tracking.

  • 3. What shipping options are available?

    We send all items with UPS or DHL. In Germany, you enjoy the following advantages:
    - If you select UPS, up to three delivery attempts and/or delivery to neighbour.
    - If you select UPS, free collection of returned items from your home or place of work.

    - Optional Express Delivery.

  • 5. When will I receive my order/how long does delivery take?

    Delivering orders quickly is very important to us. So you will receive your delivery after approximately 1-2 working days after ordering, depending on the dispatcher.

    By ordering at certain times you can influence the delivery date directly: Orders that are placed in the Shop from Monday to Friday before 16.00 and for delivery with UPS will normally be delivered to metropolitan areas in Germany and in almost all of Europe the next working day. If you order on a Friday after 16.00 or on weekends, you order will reach you on the following Tuesday (for metropolitan areas) or Wednesday.

  • 6. What happens if the first delivery attempt is not successful?

    UPS carries out up to three delivery attempts on consecutive working days. If nobody answers to the courier, they will leave a notification card. This will provide you with the number of the UPS Hotline (01805 882 663 - 14 ct/min from German landlines, maximum 42 ct/min from mobile networks). This will allow you, for example, to change the delivery address one more time, or to arrange a new delivery time.

    DHL carries out one attempt to deliver your order. If you are not able to receive this, then a notification card will be left. You can take this to your nearest DHL Shop to pick up your delivery. You can find out all the relevant information from the DHL Hotline: 01805 345 22 55 (14 ct/min from German landlines, maximum 42 ct/min from mobile networks).

Cancellations and Returns Nach Oben

  • 1. Cancellations

    As with all purchases in Germany, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without stating a reason. You can notify us of your cancellation either by returning the article or by informing us in writing within this period. The cancellation period begins after you receive our cancellation instructions, but not before you have received the order (not before receiving the first part of the order in the case of multiple deliveries of similar articles) and also not before we have fulfilled the relevant information requirements in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Para. 1 and 2 of the Introductory Law of the German Civil Code (EGBGB), as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e Para. 1 Clause 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246 § 1 Para. 1 and 2 of the EGBGB. To take advantage of the cancellation period, simply inform us in writing of your cancellation or return the article in question within the cancellation period.

  • 2. Returns

    If you would like to return your order or part of your order, you can do so free of charge from anywhere in Germany. Please use the return slip included with your order.The following address for returns is printed on the returns slip:

    After delivery via UPS
    UPS will collect the package from your home or place of work free of charge within Germany. To arrange this service, please call +49 (0) 1805 882 663.

    After delivery via DHL
    This option gives you the possibility of handing over your package at one of over 14,000 DHL branches across Germany

    If you would like to exchange your purchase for an article in a different size or colour, or a different article entirely, please note your wishes on the return form included with each order. We will then send you the requested item by post. If you do not wish to exchange the article or the article you requested is unavailable, we will reimburse you with the relevant amount. If you paid for the article by bank transfer, please include your account details on the return form.

  • 1. What payment options are available in the Online Shop?

    Our Online Shop offers you the following payment options:

    PayPal

    Your range of payment options varies according to the results of an automatic address and credit rating check, as well as factors such as your status as either a first-time or returning customer at the B.E.S.T. bodylines Online Shop. These checks ensure first-time customers only use secure payment methods such as credit cards, advance payment or PayPal. For more information about each of these payment methods, please click on the relevant payment option.

  • 2. Payment by credit card

    We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The relevant amount will be deducted from your credit card on the day you place your order. Please only ever enter your credit card details via our secure server. Make sure to check the website address on your internet browser before confirming your payment.

  • 3. Credit card rejection

    If your credit card is rejected when you place your order, please contact the credit institute that issued your card. For data-protection reasons, the bank that issued the credit card cannot tell us why your card has been rejected. Please contact your bank directly to find out the reason your payment was rejected.

  • 4. Advance payment

    If you choose to pay in advance, your article will be reserved for ten days and dispatched as soon as we receive your payment.

    If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be redirected from the website to www.paypal-deutschland.de. You will then be asked to use your PayPal password to login. The details of your order and the relevant amount will be filled in automatically. After confirming the details of your purchase, the amount due will be automatically deducted from your account.   • 1. Is there a minimum order value?

    There is no minimum order value in the Online Shop! Please remember, however, that shipping is always subject to a fixed shipping fee of €5.90, no matter how much you order.

  • 2. Do I have to register at the Online Shop to purchase items?

    No, you do not need to register. However, we do recommend that you set up a customer account so you can avoid submitting your personal data again for the next order you make and can just get straight on with shopping after logging in. You have three options when ordering:

    A) If you have already registered, then simply log in. Your personal data will already be saved and you will not need to register again. You can log in before purchase processes as well as during, but must log in before proceeding to your "Shopping Bag" to complete the purchase.

    B) If you have not registered yet, you can do this during the purchase process.

    C) You can also make purchases in the Online Shop without registering. This means, however, that your billing and shipping addresses will not be saved for future purchases.

  • 3. How can I find out if an item is still available?

    All products that are shown on www.dear-cashmere.com and www.81hours.com are in stock. If a product is not available in the size you desire, you can save your name on a waiting list for the product. You will be informed via email as soon as it is available. If you are registered and have already logged in you can find the "Saved Items" section under "My Account", where your saved items are listed. If you have any question relating to this issue, our Service Team will be happy to help you

  • 4. How can I view my previous orders?

    You can view your previous orders at any time via the "My Account" section: Log in with your username and password and select the order you wish to view in the order overview.

  • 5. How can I change/cancel an order that has already been placed?

    At B.E.S.T. bodylines, we make it our aim to deliver orders quickly. This means that orders that have already been placed can unfortunately only be changed or cancelled within a very short space of time before our warehouse system processes and sends them. If you realise that you wish to make an amendment immediately after placing your order (such as the colour or amount), please get in contact with us as soon as possible. In such cases we will try to correct the order for you. If this is no longer possible as the process has already begun in our system, you can decline to accept the package.
